NON-ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION POLICY

Our commitment to you

At South Coast Sports and Spinal and Adelaide Sports and Spinal we endeavor to keep our appointments on time, every time. When you book an appointment with our Physiotherapists, their time is dedicated 100% to your treatment.

Cancellation notice

The Australian Physiotherapy Association guidelines state a 24 hour policy for all cancellations and changes of appointments otherwise the full fee applies for the time booked.

At South Coast Sports and Spinal and Adelaide Sports and Spinal we ask you to please make every effort to give us 4 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Please contact us by phone or email, otherwise the full fee applies for the time booked. This allows enough time for your appointment to be available to other clients on our waiting list.

Workcover and DVA

Workcover, DVA and other compensable bodies will not pay or reimburse the cost of a cancellation fee, so this cost will be incurred directly by the client. Further bookings will not be made until this fee has been paid.

We understand that your time is valuable, and wherever possible we will give you 4 hours notice if any changes need to be made to your appointment. If we are unable to give you more than 4 hours notice of a change, or offer you the same appointment time with another practitioner, we will gladly provide your next appointment free of charge.

We trust that the fairness of this policy is evident, and that you understand that it applies to every client every time. This policy is important for us to continue to provide excellent results, on average, at a lower cost.
